We began as a small, efficient sushi delivery service in 2021. Born during the challenging times of Covid-19, our mission was simple — to bring fresh, high-quality sushi to those staying safe at home. Today, we proudly say: our rolls are crafted with care and proven by the ultimate test — quarantine!

The kitchen where it all began was smaller than our current storage room — it was truly a creative workshop for flavor experiments! The first "Daudz Laša" lovers recognized us not by our interior, but by the generous amount of salmon in our dishes!

In the very beginning, we dreamed that at least our neighbors would know about us. But by 2024, we had opened a restaurant in the heart of Riga — with the capacity of an entire apartment building — welcoming up to 50 guests!

All of this became possible thanks to our enthusiastic chef, as well as the bold and versatile founding duo, who took orders, made deliveries, washed floors, and even built the website! Today, we’ve transformed into a huge family — 30 sushi gurus! — and this is just the beginning!

In three years, our scale has changed, but our mission remains the same — You are still our top priority! In the beginning, we knew everyone by name, but now we also remember who loves the "Philadelphia" roll and who always orders extra sauce!
